NOMAD ensures a steady pipeline of skilled members with our recruitment process. We host open houses towards the end of every season in late spring. At the open house, mentors aided by NOMAD students provide information to anyone in attendance who is interested in joining through videos, presentations, and answering questions. The recruits will schedule an interview with the team’s coaches to ensure interest and qualification.
